DLA Piper represented a joint venture between PCCP, LLC, a real estate finance and investment management firm, and Align Real Estate, a commercial real estate developer based in San Francisco, in its acquisition and financing of the commercial and garage units of Bellevue Pacific Center.

As part of the transaction, PCCP and Align Real Estate acquired six floors of office and retail space at Bellevue Pacific Center, totaling 110,372 square feet, along with three levels of the structured parking garage.The transaction marks the first Seattle-area acquisition for Align Real Estate and its first joint venture project with PCCP.
