Macfarlanes has advised Barbados based Elegant Hotels Groups PLC on its flotation on AIM.

The Group owns five beachfront hotels in Barbados and was owned by private equity firm Vision Capital.  The company has raised £63m in a shares placing and is valued at around £89m.

The Macfarlanes team was led by corporate senior counsel Mark Slade with partner Emmie Jones.
