Manz AG, one of the world's leading high-tech engineering company with an comprising technology portfolio for their three strategic business units "Electronics", "Solar" and "Energy Storage", has acquired KLEO Halbleitertechnik GmbH, a portfolio company of Zeiss Group.

As part of a share deal, Manz AG acquired patents and intellectual property of a special technology developed by KLEO, the Laser Direct Imaging (LDI) for PC boards. All employees located at Tettnang in southern Germany, have been taken over. The purchase price was not disclosed.
