Eubelius advised the selling shareholders of Fedrus Invest Groep in the transaction with Sofindev and ING Belgium.

Fedrus Invest Groep, the holding company of APOK and IRS-Btech, is active in wholesale and retail in roofing and building materials. The annual turnover of Fedrus Invest Groep is approximately EUR 183 million. The transaction value is undisclosed.
