Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Pro Kapital Grupp’s issue of corporate bonds with a value of EUR 7 million within a framework amount of EUR 50 million

AS Pro Kapital Grupp, a real estate development company primarily operating in the Baltic countries and listed on Nasdaq Tallinn, has decided to issue Swedish bonds with a value of EUR 7 million. The issue is a private placement directed to Swedish and international investors. The bonds are issued within a framework amount of EUR 50 million. The bond loan is Pro Kapital Grupp’s first Swedish bond and will be listed on the Corporate Bond List at Nasdaq Stockholm.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Pro Kapital Grupp and its financial advisor ABG Sundal Collier AB with a team consisting of Partner Mikael Borg, Senior Associate Fredrik Eklund and Associate Philip Rämsell.
