Allen & Overy LLP advised ManpowerGroup Deutschland GmbH on the acquisition of 7S Group, a leading personnel services company based in Jena, Germany.
The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. With this acquisition, ManpowerGroup has become one of the top 3 personnel services providers in Germany. The transaction marks a key step in the group's strategy of becoming a leading workforce solutions provider offering specialist as well as industry-specific solutions.
