Norton Rose Fulbright has advised HANSAINVEST, the asset manager of Signal Iduna Group, on the acquisition of eight onshore wind parks with a total capacity of 100 megawatts from Bremen based wpd AG.
The acquisition is Signal Iduna Group’s first direct investment in the renewables and infrastructure asset class. Signal Iduna Group continue to consider further opportunities in the sector.
