Addleshaw Goddard's Manchester corporate team has advised Norcros, the market leading supplier of innovative bathroom products, on its acquisition of bathroom supplier, Croydex Group, for £21.9m.

Of that amount, £20.8m has been settled in cash and £1.1m has been deferred for three years.

The acquisition of Croydex is an important move for Norcros's ambitious growth plans and will add extra product lines to its business. It follows Norcros's successful acquisition of Vado in 2013, which Addleshaw Goddard also advised on.

The AG team was led by partner Roger Hart and included Mark Hough and Katie Simpson.
