Aspelin-Ramm Fastigheter AB has sold its subsidiary AR August B AB, comprising the property Gothenburg Högsbo 27:6, to FastPartner AB (publ). The property is a modern industrial building located in the Högsbo-Sisjön business district with a lettable area of approximately 8,600 square metres.

Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter is part of the Norwegian Aspelin Ramm Gruppen AS.
