Mathew Harvey joins top 45 Law firm Weightmans LLP , expanding the firm's Corporate Team in Birmingham. Mathew joins from Shakespeares solicitors and brings over 23 years legal experience.

He specialises in owner-managed businesses, family businesses, entrepreneurs and their respective funders. He regularly advises on corporate acquisitions and disposals, MBOs, MBIs, private equity investments and funding structures and has significant experience of transactions with a cross-border element.
