Setterwalls assists Primas Invest AB in the sale of Isolda AB and Selector Logistik AB to Ambia Trading Group AB, listed on Aktietorget. Isolda's turnover last year amounted to MSEK 516 with a negative result of MSEK 1.6 andwarehouse Selector's turnover last year amounted to MSEK 16.2 with a positive result of MSEK 3.5.

Setterwalls' team consisted of Anders Holmgren (M&A), Erik Nerén (M&A) and Jesper Kuschel, Kenneth Nilsson (both Banking & Finance).
