Delphi has been legal advisor to Svensk Järnvägsteknik AB in the sale of all shares in the company. The purchase price consisted partly of cash, partly of newly issued shares in NRC Group ASA.

Svensk Järnvägsteknik is a growing contracting company conducting works of railway track (new construction and reconstruction of railway infrastructure) including project management, logistics, railway engineering, railway construction, road safety and education. Svensk Järnvägsteknik is a modern and innovative alternative to the major contractors in the Scandinavian rail market.
