White & Case LLP has advised Morgan Stanley, Barclays and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, as Global Coordinators and Joint Lead Managers, and the other Joint Lead Managers comprising BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole CIB, ING, J.P.Morgan, Natixis, Santander Global Banking & Markets and The Royal Bank of Scotland, on the issue by Capgemini of €2.75 billion notes comprising €1.25 billion 1.75 percent notes due 2020, €1 billion 2.5 percent notes due 2023 and €500 million floating rate notes due 2018.
The notes, which were issued on July 1, 2015, are listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris. The net proceeds of the issue will be used to finance the IGATE Acquisition. Additional financing for the acquisition came from Capgemini’s recent €506 million share capital increase, which closed on June 12, 2015 and on which White & Case advised the bank syndicate led by BNP Paribas and Morgan Stanley, as Global Coordinators, and Crédit Agricole CIB and HSBC as Joint Bookrunners.
