International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised the underwriters of the US$108m IPO of Golden Throat Holdings Group Company Limited (Golden Throat).

Freshfields advised the sole global coordinator, bookrunner and lead manager on the listing.

Golden Throat is one of China’s largest and best-known lozenge manufacturers.

The Freshfields team advising on the transaction was led by US corporate partner Calvin Lai.
