Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Thales on its £760m contract to deliver the modernisation of the signalling and train control systems on four London Underground lines.
40 per cent of the London Underground network, including the Circle, District, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines, is set to be modernised by 2022 with passenger capacity increased by a third.
The signalling project is one of the largest and most complex in the world, and will upgrade the oldest part of the London Underground network.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team in London was led by partner Donald Warnock and included associate Emily Coates, associate James Woodward, and senior associate George Cameron.
