White & Case LLP has advised Mid Europa Partners on its acquisition of Centrul Medical Unirea S.R.L. (Regina Maria), Romania's leading healthcare provider, from Advent International and the founders. The transaction is subject to antitrust clearance and is expected to close in Q4 2015.
