Lomond Invest divests Lomond Industrier to Volati Parts

Lomond Invest AB has divested Lomond Industrier AB with subsidiaries to Volati Parts AB.

Lomond Industrier is a group of companies in the Nordic hardware sector with its roots in Thomée-Hörle AB from 1928. The Lomond group includes, among others, Habo Gruppen AB. Lomond Industrier’s revenue amounted to SEK 1.05 billion in 2014.

Volati is a Swedish industrial group comprising companies from the Nordic region. Prior to the acquisition of the Lomond group, the Volati group was composed of seven subsidiary groups with businesses in 15 countries and a total revenue of approximately SEK 1.70 billion in 2014.

Lomond Invest was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team was led by Pär Andersson and Per Åsbrink, and included Teresa Hellmo Fahlander, Isabel Lindeberg, Louise Bjartell and Anette Andersson.
