The Bogotá office of Norton Rose Fulbright advised Nivel Siete, a leading Moodle provider with operations focused in Latin America, in the acquisition of the company by Blackboard, the world’s leading educational technology company. The transaction delivers significant and immediate value to customers.

Nivel Siete offers a variety of services through Moodle, a learning platform designed to provide educators, administrators and learners with a single robust, secure and integrated system to create personalized learning environments, including webinars, e-learning, digital resources, training and certifications, consulting and implementation, business process outsourcing, talent management and external audience features.

With the addition of Nivel Siete to the Blackboard family through this agreement, the two companies can now provide an enhanced portfolio of services and solutions enabling organizations and individuals in Latin America to achieve their educational objectives.
