DLA Piper represented Kerensen Consulting, a leading cloud computing solutions firm, in its acquisition by salesforce.com France SAS, a subsidiary of salesforce.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRM).
Kerensen, founded by Michel Assouline and Alain Attias, provides business consulting, cloud solution management and digital customer experience services to European companies from its operations in France, Israel, Italy and Morocco. Salesforce.com said in a statement that Kerensen’s product offerings are now available on the salesforce Customer Success Platform.
Partners Louis Lehot, Matt Oshinsky and Victoria Lee, each of Silicon Valley, led the DLA Piper team involved in the transaction. The team also included associates Andre Thiollier and SeoJung Park of Silicon Valley and Cathryn Le Regulski, of counsel, in Northern Virginia.
DLA Piper’s global platform and deep M&A and technology industry experience allows the firm to execute cross border deals seamlessly, solving complex logistical pain points, while also supporting clients across all stages of a transaction. Last year, according to mergermarket’s league tables for legal advisors, DLA Piper again earned the No. 1 ranking globally for overall deal volume.
