It was announced 2nd September that the American corporation Trimble Navigation Limited acquires the Norwegian company Vianova Systems AS.

The team from Arntzen de Besche was led by head of M&A Per A. Dagslet, assisted by partners Stein Ove Solberg, Tron Dalheim, Anders Heieren and Espen Sandvik, senior lawyers Gard A. Skogstrøm, Per Ragnar Bronken and Tonje Urdal Sand, and associates Pål Arne Reinertsen, Maria Heiberg Løvik and Even Næstvold.

Vianova Systems AS is an international pioneer and a market leader in Scandinavia within civil engineering software for designing transport infrastructure.

Trimble is a leading innovator of productivity solutions for the civil engineering and construction sectors.
