Logstor, owned by the private equity investment firm Triton, has acquired Powerpipe Systems AB from Jebo Industrier AS and certain minority holders. Powerpipe is a Swedish-based provider of pre-insulated pipe systems. The company is focused on ensuring customers flexible deliveries and short lead times on customized and standard products.

Logstor is a market leader in pre-insulated pipe systems for district heating and cooling, and supplier to the oil and gas sector as well as the chemical and food industries.

The acquisition is subject to approval by relevant competition authorities.

Logstor and Triton were advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted primarily of Jan Holmius, Stefan Perván Lindeborg, Daniel Kim, Jon Rastad, Victor Hylén and Johan Tholander.
