DLA Piper has advised an affiliate of Sun European Partners GmbH, Sun Capital Partners, Inc., on the acquisition of FLABEG Deutschland GmbH. Following clearance by the merger control authorities, the transaction closed on 28 September 2015. The parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
