King & Wood Mallesons advised Montana Capital Partners (mcp) on the first and final closing of its highly oversubscribed mcp Opportunity Secondary Program III, raising more than € 400 million in commitments.
Just as its predecessor funds, the third fund concentrates on mcp’s successful investment strategy in niche segments of the private equity secondary market. In particular, the fund’s focus is on secondary transactions in co-investments, fund of funds and small and mid-market transactions, of up to € 30 million.
The investor base of mcp Opportunity Secondary Program III is global.
