Macfarlanes has announced that Gerald Kelly will be joining the firm as a partner. Gerald is currently a partner in the real estate practice of Ashurst, where he has been a partner since 2001.

The Macfarlanes real estate team has been involved in some of the highest profile matters of recent months, advising on the purchase and sublet of BBC Media Village, Lulu Group International on the redevelopment of Great Scotland Yard and on the development of Newington Butts in Elephant & Castle.
