On October 21, 2015, Pfister Arco Holding AG, one of the largest furniture retailers in Switzerland, announced the acquisition of Möbel Hubacher AG, a traditional Swiss furniture dealer who runs the largest furniture store in Switzerland. The parties have not disclosed the purchase price.
