The US$400m 5.375 per cent bonds, issued by Tuspark Forward Ltd., are due 2018.
Tus-Holdings is a leading science park operator and technology services provider in mainland China. It is the primary science park investment platform of Tsinghua University and works to commercialise Chinese research and development efforts.
