King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised parent company, Datatec on Logicalis’ acquisition of 100% of shares in Thomas Duryea Consulting in an all-cash deal for an undisclosed sum.
Australian IT infrastructure consultancy, Thomas Duryea is headquartered in Melbourne. IT infrastructure and managed services company, Logicalis is owned by Datatec, a global IT giant listed on the Johannesburg and London Stock Exchanges that also owns major distributor Westcon Group.
The KWM team was led by partner Cheng Lim, supported by senior associate Kate Creighton-Selvay.
Commenting on the deal, KWM partner Cheng Lim said, “We are delighted to have been able to support Datatec and Logicalis on this strategic acquisition.”
