Milan - Munich, 4. January 2016 – Baker & McKenzie advised CRIF S.p.A. on its acquisition of Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co. KG from Euler Hermes Aktiengesellschaft and EOS Holding GmbH. The transaction, which was signed on Friday, 18 December in Hamburg, is expected to complete by the end of February 2016.
Bürgel supports the German and international economy with up-to-date, detailed credit reports since 1885. Over 80.000 customers in Germany and worldwide rely on the company's experience, its expert knowledge and strong advisory skills. With offices throughout Germany, Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co. KG was until now a subsidiary of Euler Hermes Aktiengesellschaft (Allianz Group) and EOS Holding GmbH (Otto Group).
