Award-winning Hybrid Cloud and Managed Service Provider ANS today announced that it has acquired Eison, a specialist IT Service Provider focused on mission critical managed data network solutions to both private and public sector organisations.
Eison, based in Manchester, was formed in 2006 and had a turnover of £7.5m to the year ended 31st October 2015, with a recurring revenue base of c.£5.3m. The organisation designs, implements and supports complex network, datacentre and mobility solutions for organisations with locations in the UK and around the globe. Eison ranked 75th in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 in 2014 and has built a reputation for service excellence whilst achieving consistent growth. Delivering and supporting customer networks that are fit for purpose and perfectly matched to customers’ technical and organisational needs is at the heart of this organisation.

The combined businesses will see turnover reach c£60m with over 250 employees and will allow ANS to further execute on its RAPID Converged Infrastructure and Private Cloud offerings. ANS’ pioneering product RAPID was launched in July 2015. Since its launch, ANS has already welcomed its first RAPID customers on board and are continuing to see market demand for the unique, pre-integrated workload ready infrastructure and automated private cloud solutions, both of which promise to allow customers to innovate and operate better and faster within 28 days from point of order.
Founders and Directors at Eison, Jamie Coan and Richard Peck, will remain with the organisation and believe that ANS is the perfect platform for growth and opportunity for the entire Eison team.
