Roschier represents Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. in its public tender offer for Biotie Therapies Corporation. The tender offer will be made in both Finland and the United States and include all the issued and outstanding shares, American Depositary Shares and other equity instruments issued by Biotie that are not owned by Biotie or any of its subsidiaries.
