Baker & McKenzie acted for Exactech, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXAC), a developer and producer of bone and joint restoration products for extremities, knee, hip, spine and biologics, on its acquisition of its independent distribution partner, Exactech Australia Pty Ltd.

Exactech Australia is a Sydney-based importer and distributor of Exactech's orthopaedic implants, instrumentation and advanced surgical technology.
