Simmons & Simmons has advised Venture Life Group plc (“Venture Life”) on its acquisition of oral care company, Periproducts Limited (“Periproducts”), and on its fundraising.
The acquisition of Periproducts brings to Venture Life a range of products that complement its existing range of products and enables it to expand into an attractive area of the consumer healthcare market.

The acquisition is subject to shareholders’ approval and is being financed through cash resources, a placing of new Ordinary Shares and the online auction of Convertible Bonds through the UK Bond Network.
