Dentons’ Real Estate team has advised Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF) on the acquisition of the Annopol Business Park logistics complex from Europejskie Centrum Inwestycyjne ECI S.A. Hines Poland will manage the property on behalf of HPSIF.

The Annopol Business Park was developed from 2006 to 2015. It combines five warehouse facilities and an office building, which makes it quite unique. The property has a total leasable area of over 44,500 sq.m., including approx. 28,600 sq.m. of warehouse space. The park is strategically located in the north-eastern part of Warsaw (Bialoleka district), providing easy access for logistics operators.

In 2015, Dentons represented HPSIF on two class A office building acquisitions in Warsaw - Sky Office Center from 5th Avenue Holding S.A and Nestle House office building from Kronos Real Estate.
