White & Case LLP has advised Savoye S.A., one of the three Divisions of Groupe Legris Industries, on the sale of Retrotech to KION Group in the United States.

Savoye is a designer and supplier of solutions for logistics management. Retrotech is an established US systems integrator for automated warehouse and distribution solutions.

After the completion of the transaction, Retrotech will be held by KION subsidiary Egemin Group Inc., which designs, integrates and maintains automated handling solutions to improve the intralogistics processes in warehouses, production and distribution. The acquisition supports KION's ambition to be a leading player in the fast-growing market for automated logistics and material flow systems.

The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partner François Leloup with support from associates Guilain Hippolyte and Florian Martin. Lawyers from the White & Case office in New York also provided advice.
