Skadden is advising semiconductor materials manufacturer Soitec on two successive capital increases for a total consideration of €130 million to €180 million, supported by Chinese National Silicon Industry Group (NSIG), CEA Investissement (a French government-funded technological research organization) and Bpifrance.
