Osborne Clarke has advised independent private equity investor RJD Partners on its acquisition of Babington Group.

Babington Group is one of the UK's leading providers of apprenticeships and training courses. RJD Partners acquires Babington Group from Bridges Ventures, which first invested in the group in 2009. Since then, Babington’s revenues have increased from under £2m to more than £15m.

The Osborne Clarke team that advised RJD Partners on the acquisition was led by Partner Mark Spinner, who was assisted by Associate Director Mark Saunders and Associate Sarah Crabtree.
