Eversheds Saladzius advised Iron Mountain on the Acquisition of AB Archyvu centras from its founders. US storage and information management company Iron Mountain has acquired Archyvu Centras, a holding company providing business archiving and records management services through its subsidiaries in the Baltic countries.

The new shareholder will own all companies in the Baltic countries: Lithuania’s Archyvu Sistemos and Confidento, Latvia’s Arhivu Serviss and a branch of Archyvu Sistemos in Estonia.

By this acquisition Iron Mountain aims to strengthen its position in the Baltic market for storage and information management solutions, expand the business and acquire new clients in the region.

Eversheds Saladzius work included advice to Iron Mountain on the drafting of transaction documents and other acquisition related matters.
