Gjensidige has agreed to acquire the Swedish insurance portfolio of Vardia Insurance Group.

Gjensidige has also entered into an agreement to acquire Vardia Försäkring. Vardia Försäkring has about 125 employees and is e.g. a general agent for Vardia Insurance Group in Sweden.

Gjensidige is a leading Nordic general insurance company.
