International law firm Berwin Leighton Pasiner (BLP) has advised Apposite Capital, a private equity fund focused on the healthcare sector, on its investment in Medical Imaging Partnership Limited, a medical imaging business.
Apposite invested in Medical Imaging Partnership by way of a subscription for preference shares and loan notes and through the acquisition of existing ordinary shares from shareholders.
This is the second transaction in the past year that BLP has worked on for Apposite after advising it on last year’s disposal of CancerPartners UK Limited.
The BLP team was led by Associate Director Alexis Karim, assisted by Daniel Deal, Rebecca Desa and Michael Anderson as client relationship partner.
