Charles Russell Speechlys’ private equity team has advised Beer and Real Ale specialists Citra Partners on its investment, alongside an investor consortium, in the award-winning brewery, Woodforde’s.
Founded in 1981, Woodforde’s is the largest brewery in Norfolk and is most well-known for its Champion Beer of Britain “Wherry”. James Hughes and Nick Dolan of Citra Partners will join the board of Woodforde's.

James Hughes, the new CEO of Woodforde’s said:
