Castellum AB (publ) acquires all of the shares in Norrporten AB (publ) from Andra AP-fonden and Sjätte AP-fonden.

Norrporten is one of Sweden’s larger office property companies, with properties in Sweden and Denmark. Norrporten’s properties are located across eleven geographical market areas with a total leasable area of approximately 1.14 million square metres and an aggregate property value of approximately SEK 26 billion.

Castellum is one of the larger listed property companies in Sweden. The properties’ value amounts to approximately SEK 45 billion, and comprises premises for office, retail, warehouse and industrial purposes with a total leasable area of approximately 3.6 million square metres. Castellum owns and manages properties in growth regions in Sweden and Denmark
