IRRAS AB announced 11 May 2016 the successful completion of a private placement where the company receives gross proceeds of SEK 91.2 million by Swedish and international investors including Serendipity Ixora AB and The Vandel Group.

The proceeds from the new issue will be used to finance continued growth and expansion in the US and the EU.

IRRAS AB is a commercial-stage technology developing breakthrough devices for a broad range of brain pathology therapeutic applications incl. pump and catheter system for treating stroke.

Setterwalls assisted IRRAS AB in the transaction with a team consisted of Anders Grefberg, Håkan Fohlin and Fanny Cukierman.
