Lammhults Design Group AB (publ) has acquired all shares in the furniture design company Ragnars Inredningar AB.

Ragnars Inredningar, with its main office and production located in Forserum near Jönköping, Sweden, is a manufacturer of designed office furniture for public spaces.

Lammhults Design Group is one of Sweden's most prominent furniture design companies with an annual turnover of over SEK 730 million and approximately 350 employees. Lammhults Design Group's B-shares are listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange's Nordic Small Cap list.

Lammhults Design Group was advised in the transaction by Mannheimer Swartling. Mannheimer Swartling's team was led by Lars Kongstad, assisted mainly by Isabel Lindeberg and Gustav Carlquist, as well as Martin Andersen and Martin Johansson.
