NORTHERN VIRGINIA, 26 May 2016 – Hogan Lovells advised KBR, Inc., a global technology, engineering, procurement and construction company serving the hydrocarbons and government services industries, in its $US600 million acquisition of Wyle Inc., a leading provider of specialized engineering and other services primarily to the U.S. government.
Together the two companies will provide full service capabilities for aerospace and defense programs, from research and development, test and evaluation, to operations, maintenance and field logistics.
