Kirkland & Ellis advised Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, on its acquisition of GL Education, a leading London-based provider of educational assessments, from Investcorp for an undisclosed amount. GL Education provides an integrated suite of assessments which is used by more than 3 million pupils every year in over 100 countries worldwide. The transaction was announced on May, 31 2016.
