Simpson Thacher advised Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. in connection with its sale of Finedining Topco GmbH, the holding entity for the WMF Group, a German tableware manufacturer, to Groupe SEB SA. The transaction is subject to customary antitrust approvals and is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2016.
