Dentons advised UniCredit on financing to Fidesimm S.r.l., a company operating and managing non-residential properties, for the purpose of a €25 million acquisition of two elderly care properties in the Soresina (Cremona) and Rodigo (Mantova) Municipalities, from a closed-ended alternative investment fund dedicated to qualified investors.
