Roschier is representing Axcel and Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S in the initial public offering of Nordic Waterproofing's shares and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm. Carnegie and ABG Sundal Collier are acting as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners of the offering.

The offering is supported by a number of cornerstone investors, including AMF funds, Swedbank Robur funds and Carnegie funds. The prospectus was approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and published on 30 May 2016. Trading in Nordic Waterproofing's shares on Nasdaq Stockholm commenced on 10 June 2016.
