We advised SSH Communications Security Corporation, a Finnish company developing advanced data security solutions, in a share issue directed to institutional and other selected investors. The issue was conducted as an accelerated book-building and over-subscribed, and the gross proceeds raised in the issue amounted to approximately EUR 8 million. An application was made for listing of the shares in Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.
