Global law firm DLA Piper has advised investment holding company Coast2Coast Capital Pty Ltd on its purchase of Australian home furnishings wholesaler Susskind and Danziger Pty Ltd.

Coast2Coast Cpaital, based in South Africa, was founded in 2007 by value investors Gary Shayne and Cris Dillon, and today has international offices in Poland and Australia.

Australian home furnishings wholesaler Susskind and Danziger operates Albi, a leading supplier to kitchenware and homewares industries in Australia and New Zealand.

The DLA Piper team was led by Corporate partner Mark Burger, with assistance from senior associate Dylan Burke and solicitor Jason Choi, and advice from Finance and Projects partner Monique Stella and solicitor Isabella Barnes.
